I have stopped here twice on the way back from Savannah to Atlanta on a friend's recommendation. Amazing! The subs are delicious and the staff is super friendly. I can't wait to try many more of their subs on future trips. The bread is super soft and they cut the meats and cheeses to order. They have a great assembly line to prep your sandwich quickly. The bottleneck is at the cash register where it is cash or local check only. So make sure you have some cash. Other than not accepting cards I think this place is fantastic! I'll gladly take the time to go off the exit on I-16 and make a visit rather than stop at a fast food joint.

Super friendly service. Wasn't to fond of the cash or check only because hardly ever do I care cash. The sub on the other hand was not what I expected. You figure when you grab a sub from Subway you get a mouthful of bread but I still eat there because it's convenient and not a greasy fried clog your arteries food. Now the bread they use here is light and delicate, just the right amount. The ingredients along with the wheat bread combined into the fantastic flavor and taste of all the meats, veggies, bread and condiments. Two thumbs up. I enjoyed the flavorful explosion of all the ingredients. Although there are many tables to sit at this is a great place to grab a sub and go.

Tried this place based on yelp reviews. Got in pretty quick with a reservation at noon on a Saturday. It wasn't crowded at all at that time. We got seated in the middle of the restaurant. I asked if they could close the door since I was getting cold from the draft. They leave the door open so it doesn't get stuffy inside, but they happily moved me to a diff table that was further away from the doorway. Oysters were good and tasted fresh. Got the seabass, and loved how flavorful the noodles were. Fish was kinda bland if you didn't dip in the soy sauce. Friend got the salmon with wasabi noodles. He said the salmon was better with the noodles that came with my seabass rather than the wasabi noodles. Cute little place in SF. I'd go back again and try the other flavorful dishes

Love this place. Always stop on the way to Savannah or Hilton Head and get a bite to eat. One of the best Subs you will eat. Meat is cut to order and the staff is fantastic. Brains special is my go to sub.

Cash only? Really? Get with the times. I’m sure the sandwiches are great. I will never know because despite making a detour to come here, and waiting in line, I could not order a sandwich because I did not have cash. Disappointed and hungry

Jesus everytime I go home to visit I hit up this place, I wish we had this Sub sandwich Brain's Giant Subs in Greenville SC, OMG just thinking about it makes me want to go home now.

My favorite sub place in Dublin

I love this sandwich shop because the food is always fresh and prepared right in front of you. You can put whatever toppings you would like on your sandwich, just like subway, except better, because the food isn't processed; it is shaved before your eyes as you walk through the line. Although it stays busy, reservations are not necessary nor typically used here. The staff is incredibly friendly every single time you enter the place. It stays well-kept and bathrooms are always clean, at least when I've been. They are also moderately priced. I 10/10 recommend this establishment for any sandwich craving you may have.

Just recently started back going here 2 months ago. Been a minute since I had moved away. But these subs are fantastic. Ingredients are definitely quality. I haven't been to Subway since going back here. And yes the Brian's Special #10 is my favorite. 😁

This place has the best staff I have ever met. I have only seen one issue and that’s the ceiling fan with no blades. Still trying to figure out how it works. The # 5 & # 10 are the best. If your in enough they know your name & what’s on your sub & which sub you get. This is by far the best subs. Fresh bread that’s so soft. You will be happy with the prices but make sure you have cash. Friendly service. Then you have the comedian aka the owner Bryan. When I’m not in Dublin I miss Bryan’s Subs. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful hospitality.

Favorite sub shop since I was a kid. If the line is long, don't worry- the super fast and accurate service won't keep you waiting long! You'll never taste a better sub!!!
